Two brothers,
one shared passion

Brues Brothers Brewing Company grew from a simple belief: that food and drink should be made well, shared often, and enjoyed without pretense. What began as weekend experiments in a home kitchen has become a cornerstone of Pueblo's food and drink community.

We source locally whenever we can, ferment slowly, and never cut corners. Our brewing philosophy mirrors our baking — respect the ingredients, trust the process, and let the results speak for themselves.
